Music Ministry

“Let us come before Him with thanksgiving and extol Him with music and song.” Psalm 95:2

Music is a vital part of our ministry here at Chalybeate. Marsha Caviness is our Minister of Music. She is the lady at the piano each Sunday morning in worship. She directs our choir and praise band and also plans the music for our services.

Our music ministry is growing and we plan to soon expand our choir loft. We are always looking for volunteers who sing and play musical instruments. The adult choir leads our congregation in worship through music each Sunday. The choir also prepares special music for various occasions throughout the year. The choir is open to all adults. Rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings at 7:45 pm. Whether you read music or not, if you have a heart to praise the Lord in song, come join us in the adult choir.
